Halloween offers a great opportunity to market your painting business in a FUN and CREATIVE way!

In fact, Halloween is one of the ONLY days throughout the year that people will answer their door when you knock...

Here are some creative ideas to consider:

One: If you have children that you will be taking out trick-or-treating, consider dressing them up as a painter... They could carry a brush in one hand and collect candy with a cut bucket (decorated in a spooky Halloween theme) in the other hand.

You could ware your company polo or t-shirt and be the "crew leader" or "Project Manager".

Once the home owner puts the treat in your child's bucket you could hand them a treat of your own, in the form of a coupon/flier for a paint job promotion or you could just say a simple 5-10 second "lift speech" about your business.

Something simple like this:

Hi neighbor,

"We're the (Last Name) family and we own the local (Your Paint Biz Name), and we thought it would be nice to get out and meet our neighbors... We have a special Halloween treat for you. (Hand them your treat, which could be a simple bite size candy bar with your business card glued on it.)

Keep an eye out for our signs throughout the neighborhood and remember if you or anyone you know needs painting, happily tell them to call (YOUR PAINT BIZ), Happy Halloween!"
